1. Headache-free bookkeeping

“I hated at first. It took some time to get used to it, but now there’s almost nothing I don’t love about it. It can send emails out for us before and after we pull together estimates, we can manage our contractors, payments, tax forms — our CPA has access to it. It just makes everything flow. And we can see when and how many times our customer looks at our estimates and bills, which is a great level of insight to have.”

2. A job scheduler that suits an independent business

is a small employee management system that we really like for our small business. We had tried to use Service Titan, which is a monster CRM that we honestly had no business dealing with — and it cost us $10,000 to onboard and we never even really used it because we had such a hard time training on it. ConnecTeam, by comparison, is just $30 a month and we can manage our entire schedule of jobs with contractors, adding different tasks and checklists.”

3. Easy marketing design tools

“We use for all our marketing, with a little bit of ChatGPT mixed in. It helps us easily make good promos, and promotional videos.”
