What's the difference between an ACH push and ACH pull?

Both move money through the ACH network. The difference is who starts the transfer.

ACH Push: You send money out, through an electronic transfer, from your account You control when and where it goes Example: sending money to a payee or another bank account

ACH Pull: You initiate a transfer that lets you pull money from a linked external account directly to your Novo account Example: pulling money from another bank account to your Novo account
