Why am I getting a new debit card?

We’ve sent you a new debit card with an updated design. This is so you have the latest card features.

Your card number will stay the same, but the expiry and CVV will change.

If you use digital wallets, like Apple Pay or Google Pay, your card details will update automatically—you don't have to do anything.
