Why am I getting this Stripe error: this Connect account cannot currently make live charges?

If someone tries to pay your invoice and sees this message, it’s coming from Stripe—not Novo.

This usually means your Stripe account isn’t fully set up or activated yet. Stripe may still need more information from you before it can process live payments.

Here's how to fix it: 1. Log in to your Stripe dashboard 2. Look for Activate Account (usually at the top) 3. Follow the steps to finish setup

If you don’t see an activation prompt, contact Stripe support. for help.
