Why was my payment returned?
There are a few common reasons why payments are returned:
Not enough money in your available balance . This is also known as "Insufficient funds" Incorrect recipient details The payment exceeded a limit The transaction was blocked or declined
What to check before reaching out to Support:
1. Make sure your balance covers the payment 2. Double-check the recipient’s information 3. Review any limits or restrictions you might have
Please note: fees for failed Express ACH transfers are not refunded.

Keep an eye on your available balance in the app Move money out of Reserves before spending Leave a buffer for pending charges Set up low balance alerts
