Why did my deposit fail?
There are some times when deposits don’t go through, depending on how they were sent:
Mobile check: The image may have been unclear, missing an endorsement, or over the limit
ACH or wire: The account or routing number may be incorrect, or the sending bank may have an issue
Linked account: The connection might need to be updated or there could be a security hold
If a deposit fails, we’ll email you with the reason and how to take the next steps.
