How do I send automatic invoice reminders?

You can set automatic reminders to send before, on, or after the due date. You can add up to 5 reminders per invoice.

By default, reminders are set for 3 and 7 days after the due date. But once you change them, your new settings will apply to future invoices.

In the app:
1. Go to More
2. Select Invoices
3. Create or edit an invoice
4. Select Payment reminders
5. Add, edit, or remove reminders
6. Choose timing (before, on, or after due date)
7. Save

On the web:
1. Go to Invoices
2. Create or edit an invoice
3. Select Payment reminders
4. Add, edit, or remove reminders
5. Choose timing
6. Save
Reminders will stop once an invoice is paid. You cannot change reminders after the invoice is sent.
