How do I deposit money orders or cashier’s checks to my account?

You can deposit money orders and cashier’s checks using mobile check deposit in the Novo app. You can only use this feature in the app. Please note that MoneyGram money orders aren't accepted for mobile deposit at this time.

1. Open the app 2. Tap Move Money → Deposit a Check

Limits: $20,000 per day $40,000 per month If your check is over these limits, contact support in the app. Be sure to include the amount and the source of the check in your request.

Deposits are placed on a standard 5 business day hold.
