Why isn't my debit card working?

There are a few common reasons:

A transaction needs your approval
Your card is temporarily frozen due to unusual activity
Your card isn’t activated yet
The transaction was declined

To check for transaction alerts:
1. Log in to your account
2. Look for any alerts and respond. Some alerts may temporarily freeze your card until you take action.

To check if your card is activated:
On the web: Go to Debit Cards
In the app: Go to Account
