Do multiple business owners need to provide information?

Yes. Anyone who owns 25% or more of the business must be listed on the application and provide their information. This is a federal requirement for all US banks.

For each owner, you'll need to provide:

Full legal name and date of birth
Social Security number
Residential address
Email and phone number
A photo of their government-issued ID (driver's license, state ID, or passport)
