How do I activate my debit card?

You can activate your physical debit card in online or in the Novo app.

On the web:
1. Go to Cards
2. Select Debit Card
3. Choose Physical Debit Card
4. Click Activate

In the app:
1. Go to More
2. Select Cards
3. Tap Debit Card
4. Select Physical Debit Card
5. Tap Activate
6. Then follow the prompts to:
Enter your password
Enter your card details
Set and confirm your PIN


You can also set up your virtual card online or in the app:

On the web:
1. Go to Cards
2. Select Debit card
3. Click Get a virtual card

In the app:
1. Go to More
2. Choose Cards
3. Tap Debit card
4. Choose Get a virtual card
5. Follow the prompts to:
Enter your password
Set and confirm your PIN
