Can I add notes to a transaction?

Yes. You can add notes, but how you do it depends on the transaction.

ACH payments (ACH push)
You can add a note during the payment flow. Look for the note field on the Review Payment screen.

International payments (Wise)
Add a note in the Transfer Reference field when sending the payment. You can also add or edit notes later in Activity.

All other transactions
Go to Activity, choose the transaction, and add a note there.

Notes can’t be added from your Reserve Activity.
