What should I do if I can’t get verified with Novo?
If you haven't been able to verify you, you can always try again. There’s no limit on attempts.
Submit one request at a time and wait 1 to 2 business days for a response before trying again.
If you still can’t be verified, we may ask for more information. Until we can verify you, you won’t be able to deposit checks. However, once your identity is verified, you won’t need to do this again.
