What should I do if my document won't upload?
If your document is having trouble uploading, first check to make sure your file is a PDF, JPG, or PNG and under 10MB.
If you're online, try refreshing the page. Then log in again and clear your browser's cache and cookies.
If you're in the app, try logging out and logging back in again.
