Yes. If you think something on your credit report is incorrect or incomplete, you have two options.
1. Dispute with Novo (for Novo-related information) You can contact us directly, and please include: Full name Mailing address Email address Date of birth Novo account number A clear description of the issue Supporting documents, like a credit report

2. Dispute with a credit bureau (for other issues) If the issue isn’t related to your Novo account, contact the credit bureau or the company that reported the information. Equifax: 1-888-378-4329 Experian: 1-888-397-3742 TransUnion: 1-800-916-8800
If updates are needed, credit bureaus usually reflect changes in 1–2 billing cycles.
