Why can’t I upload my ID to continue the application?
If you’re applying on a computer, you’ll still need to use your phone to upload your ID.
You can send a link to your phone by SMS, or scan the QR code on your screen with your phone’s camera
If you’re applying on your phone, follow the steps in the ID scanning tool.
If you were invited to join an application, you can upload your ID directly from there.
