Why do I need to confirm a transaction?

To help protect your card, we may ask you to confirm a purchase . You’ll get these alerts by text, email, or push notification.

Here's what to do:
1. Log in to your account
2. Follow the prompt to confirm the transaction

If you approve it, your card will be ready to use again. You’ll have 72 hours to retry the transaction.

If you don’t recognize the transaction, you’ll be prompted to cancel your card and request a new one.
