What account information can I update myself?

You can update your business and personal details, online or in the app:

Business name and type
DBA
Phone number
Addresses (Personal, Business, and Mailing)
Email address
Business website

For account security, certain account information cannot be edited. If you need to update your legal name, date of birth, or SSN, please contact Support online or in the app. We'll help make sure your information is updated safely and accurately.


How to make updates

On the web:
1. Open the profile menu (top-right) and choose Settings
2. Update your business information:


In the app:
1. Tap More
2. Tap Settings
3. Tap Business Information
4. Choose what you want to update:


Follow the prompts and upload any required documentation.
