What are my transaction limits?
Your transaction limits depend on your account, and they can vary by business.
To find your limits, go to Account → Account Info in the Novo app to view your current limits.
Limits may apply to:
ACH transfers
Check deposits
ATM withdrawals
Debit card purchases
Some limits can be increased, including:
ACH transfers
Mailed checks
Check deposits
Debit card transactions
To request an increase or to change wire limits, email support@novo.co or reach out through the app.
Please note that not all deposits may be available right away; they may be subject to holds.
