Why did the application reject my address?
If your address is showing up as “undeliverable,” it usually means it isn’t listed correctly in the USPS database. Novo uses USPS to verify addresses, so if your address isn’t recognized, the application can’t move forward.
Here's what to do: Contact your local USPS Address Management Systems (AMS) office to update or verify your address details, including: Street number and name Apartment or suite number (if applicable) City, state, and ZIP code
