Why haven't I received a payment?
If you’re expecting a payment, the timing will depend on how the money was sent.
These are the typical processing times:
ACH transfers: 1–3 business days Wire transfers: Domestic – 1–2 business days International – 1–4 business days Mobile check deposits: Most checks – 1–4 business days Larger checks – 7–10 business days
These can also affect timing: Weekends and bank holidays Incorrect account details Name mismatches (especially for wires)
What you can do next:
1. Ask the sender how and when the payment was sent, and confirm they used the correct details.
2. If it’s past the expected timeframe, contact Support online or in the app with the transfer details.
