Does Novo offer or participate in a credit card rewards program?

Yes. You earn cash back on eligible purchases:
Up to 2% cash back if your balance is $5,000 or more
Up to 1% cash back if your balance is below $5,000

The rate is set at the time of purchase and finalized when the transaction settles.

Rewards apply to purchases only. Fees, interest, refunds, and payments don’t earn cash back.

How to redeem:
Rewards are available after your statement closes
You can redeem once you reach $25
Rewards must be redeemed in full
Money can be deposited into your account or a Reserve

Rewards cannot be applied to your credit card balance.
