What notifications does Novo send?
Novo sends email and push notifications (if enabled) to keep you updated on your account.
Standard alerts – you’ll receive notifications for:
Card activity (activation, lock, replacement)
Mailed check updates
Security alerts (like suspicious logins)
Low balance alerts
How to set a low balance alert:
1. Log in to the Novo app
2. Go to More
3. Choose Settings
4. Choose Low balance alert
5. Toggle it on
6. Set your limits and save
You’ll get notified when your balance drops below that amount.
