Why is my statement incorrect?

If something looks incorrect, start by comparing your statement to your transaction history in the app.

Look closely at transactions near the end of the month. Some charges may appear in a different statement period depending on when they settle.

If you use Boost, you may see multiple entries for a single Stripe payout: A Boost deposit The Stripe deposit A Boost reversal

This is expected. The timing can vary, but all related transactions will appear on your statement.

If you use Reserves, transfers between your account and Reserves can also affect how transactions appear on your statement.
