How do I add a payee to my account?

You can add a payee online or in the app.

On the web: 1. Go to Send Money 2. Choose Add a Payee

In the app: 1. Go to Move Money 2. Choose Make a US Payment 3. Tap Add Payee

From there, you can: Enter the payee’s details yourself, or Send a request so they can fill in their own information

Before you send a payment, double-check everything. The name, account number, and routing number should match the payee’s bank account exactly—even tiny mistakes can cause delays.
