Why didn't I receive the verification code to log in?
If you didn’t get your verification code, there are a few things you can try.
If you’re waiting on an email code:
1. Check your spam or junk folder
2. Make sure you’re checking the right email address
3. Wait up to 30 minutes before requesting a new code
If your connection is weak, the email may be delayed
If you’re waiting on a text:
1. Make sure you’re using a US phone number (major carriers or VoIP)
You need to be in the US (50 states) to receive the code
2. If you use T-Mobile or block unknown numbers, your carrier may be stopping the message. Ask your carrier to allow messages from short code 58988
3. Check your phone settings to allow notifications from the app
4. Make sure you have a strong signal
5. Wait up to 30 minutes before requesting a new code—sometimes there may be a short delay from our verification partner.
