If there’s an issue with a credit card charge, your next step may depend on what happened.
If you run into these issues, you can report them:
You’re still being charged after canceling
You didn’t receive what you paid for
The item or service wasn’t as described
You were charged twice
You don’t recognize the charge
You suspect fraud
If you recognize the charge but there’s a problem, please contact the merchant first
If you don’t recognize the charge: File a fraud dispute
Before you report a problem:
Check if you or someone on your account made the purchase
Review subscriptions or recurring charges
Search the merchant name (it may appear differently)

4. Answer the prompts
