How do I freeze or unfreeze my debit card?

You can freeze or unfreeze your physical debit card online or in the app.

On the web:
1. Go to Cards
2. Select Debit Card
3. Choose Physical Debit Card
4. Freeze or unfreeze your card

In the app:
1. Go to More
2. Choose Cards
3. Tap Debit Card
4. Choose Physical Debit Card
5. Freeze or unfreeze your card

You can also freeze or unfreeze your virtual card online or in the app.

On the web:
1. Go to Cards
2. Choose Debit Card
3. Click Freeze Card (or Unfreeze Card)

In the app:
1. Go to More
2. Choose Cards
3. Tap Debit Card
4. Toggle Freeze Card on or off

Remember, when your card is frozen, all transactions will be declined.

Freezing your virtual card does not affect your physical card—and vice versa.
