How do I send an ACH push from my account?

An ACH push lets you send money from your Novo account to a payee. The delivery speed you choose affects how quickly the funds arrive.

On the web: 1. Go to Send Money 2. Choose Make a US Payment 3. Choose a payee or add a new one 4. Choose a delivery speed 5. Enter the amount and click Review Payment 6. Complete any required security step 7. Click Done

In the app: 1. Go to Move Money 2. Choose Make a US Payment 3. Choose a payee or add a new one 4. Choose a delivery speed. 5. Enter the amount and tap Review Payment 6. Complete any required security step 7. Tap Done

You may need to enter a one-time passcode (OTP) to confirm the transfer. If it takes some time, remember some transfers may be reviewed before processing for security.
