What if an additional user needs help with their application?

If you're an additional user on the account, and created a password, but didn’t finish the application, you need to log in to keep using the same email and password.

If you forgot your password:
1. Go to the login screen
2. Enter your email
3. Select Forgot Password
4. Follow the prompts

Once you log in, you’ll be taken back to the application. You’ll need to provide:
Personal info
Legal name [sub bullet]
Citizenship [sub bullet]
Date of birth [sub bullet]
Social Security number [sub bullet]

Contact details
Mobile phone number [sub bullet]
Personal address [sub bullet]

Identity verification
Driver’s license or passport [sub bullet]

After you submit your application, it will be reviewed. This can take a few business days. You’ll receive an email with the decision.

If you're approved, you can log in then and access the account.
