Can I cancel an ACH push?
Whether or not you can cancel an ACH push can depend on where the payment is in the process.
If it hasn’t been processed yet: You can cancel it directly from your account.
If it’s been processed but not sent out yet: Our team may still be able to cancel it. There’s a short window between processing and when payments are sent.
If it’s already been sent: It can't be canceled. You’ll need to work with the recipient to resolve it. You can also place a stop payment to prevent any more transfers.
If you’re unsure, reach out to Support in the app or online as soon as possible, since early timing is important here.
If you don’t see the option to cancel, that means transfer is already in progress. You can contact Support online or in the app to see if a recall is still possible.
