How do I create a rule?
A rule automatically assigns a category to transactions based on keywords you choose.
For example, you can set a rule so any transaction with “Stripe” is categorized as revenue.
Each rule needs a unique keyword or phrase.
To create a rule:
1. Navigate to your Activity page and select Settings at the top
2. Choose Rules from the dropdown
3. Choose Create a Rule.
4. Define your rule details: choose whether it applies to Income or Expenses, enter the specific keywords that will trigger the rule, and choose the category the transaction will be assigned to.
5. Choose Create Rule to save your changes.
To delete a rule:
Go to Activity → Settings → Rules.
Then select the rule and delete it.
