Why is my phone verification code not working?

There are a few reasons why your phone verification code might not work. To fix it, try this:

1. Check your carrier settings. If you use T-Mobile or a message-blocking service, you may need to contact your carrier to allow messages from short code 58988.

2. Restart your phone. Turn on airplane mode, restart your device, then turn airplane mode off and request a new code.

3. Check your number. Only US mobile numbers from major carriers are supported (no VoIP or virtual numbers).

4. Wait 30 minutes. Delays can happen, so it's best to wait before trying again.
