How do I increase my transaction limits?

You can request higher limits for bank transfers, mailed checks, check deposits, and debit card spending. Only the primary account holder can request a debit card limit increase.

Limits for ACH pulls into your account and daily ATM withdrawals can’t be increased.

Debit card spending limits:

On the web: Go to Cards → Debit Card → Manage Spending Limits → Request a limit increase

In the app: Go to More → Cards → Debit Card → Change Spending Limits → Request a Limit Increase

Other limits (transfers, checks, deposits)

On the web: Go to Account Info → Transfer Limits, then choose the limit you want to change and request an increase

In the app: Go to More → Settings → Transfer Limits
