Why is my account frozen?

Your account could be frozen for a few different reasons, such as recent activity, a routine security review, or a freeze you requested earlier for security.

If you requested the freeze, you’ll need to contact Support to restore access.

If the freeze is part of a routine review, your account will be automatically unfrozen once the review is complete.

What to do next:
Check your email and the Support tab in the app for any messages or document requests
Be sure to check your spam or junk folder as well
