Why can't an additional user (ultimate beneficial owner) access my account application?

Each business owner receives a unique link by email. That's the link they'll use to complete their part of the application.

Ask each owner to:
Use their original invite link
Enter their information exactly as requested

They’ll be asked for:
Legal name, date of birth, citizenship, and SSN
Mobile phone number and home address
A valid ID (driver’s license or passport)

After it's submitted, we review the application. Most are reviewed within 24 hours, though some may take up to 72 hours.
We’ll follow up by email with a decision or next steps. Once approved, they can access the account.
