How do I access the Stripe perk?

You can only access Stripe perks in the Novo app:

1. Go to Apps 2. Tap External Connections 3. Choose View Perks 4. Choose the Stripe perk you want and follow the steps

A few things to know before you apply: Perks are offered by Stripe, not Novo You can only apply with the special link in our app Stripe will show you the terms and conditions before you apply. They may also follow up with questions and can take up to 1 week to review your application

Novo gives customers access, but Stripe decides who qualifies. We can’t approve, deny, or change that decision. If you have questions about your application or eligibility, please contact Stripe directly.
