How do I send a (domestic) wire?
Domestic wire transfers are available to eligible customers only. If you’re eligible, you’ll see the wire transfer option when adding or editing a payee.
Before you send a wire, make sure your payee’s details are correct. Enter them exactly as they appear on their bank account. Incorrect details can hold up or prevent the transfer.
On the web: 1. Chooset Send Money 2. Click Make a US Payment 3. Choose a payee or add a new one 4. Under Wire Transfer, select the account 5. Click Next, then Send a Wire Transfer 6. Enter the amount and select Review Payment 7. Review details, accept the terms, and submit 8. Enter the security code and confirm
In the app: 1. Go to Move Money 2. Choose Make a US Payment 3. Choose a payee or add a new one 4. Under Wire Transfer, select the account 5. Tap Send a Wire Transfer 6. Enter the amount and select Review Transaction 7. Review details, accept the terms, and slide to send 8. Enter the security code and confirm
