Why did Wise charge me the wrong amount?

Creating a Wise account is free, but some services may include fees.

If you created a Wise account with your own login, you may have signed up for a service that has a fee. This isn’t required to use Wise with Novo.

To use the Wise integration, you can link your Novo account instead.

Novo does not reimburse fees charged by Wise. If you have questions about a charge, contact Wise directly.
