Where is my deposit?

When your deposit is available will depend on how the deposit was sent and your account history. Some deposits move fast. Others can take longer, especially if it’s your first time getting that type of payment or there’s a need to review it.

Timing can also be affected by cut-off times, weekends, and federal holidays.

If you don’t see a deposit, first double check on it—it might still be on the way.

ACH transfers and wires can take 1–3 business days to arrive and won’t appear until they’re received.

For checks deposited through the app, you can track the status directly in the app under Activity.

If it’s taking longer than expected, it’s a good idea to check with the sending bank to confirm the details.
