Can I send recurring invoices?

Yes. You can create a recurring invoice while setting up a new invoice. This is how it works: The first invoice will be sent right away. Any future invoices will be sent automatically based on your schedule. Also, customers won't be charged automatically. They’ll need to pay each invoice.

In the app:
1. Go to More
2. Select Invoices
3. Tap New invoice
4. Add client details
5. Turn on Recurring invoice
6. Set the start date, frequency, and end date
7. Complete and send

On the web:
1. Go to Invoices
2. Select New invoice
3. Add client details
4. Enable Recurring invoice
5. Set the start date, frequency, and end date
6. Complete and send

You may cancel a recurring series at any time.

Keep in mind, canceling stops future invoices in the series. It won’t affect invoices that have already been sent. You’ll need to cancel those each individually.

1. Go to Invoices
2. Open Recurring Series
3. Select a series
4. Open the menu or choose Cancel Series
6. Confirm
