What should I do if my debit card is lost or stolen?
Request a replacement card as soon as you can. Then your current card will be frozen to prevent any unauthorized use.
On the web:
1. Go to Cards
2. Select Debit Card
3. Click Replace Your Card
In the app:
1. Go to More
2. Select Cards
3. Tap Debit Card
4. Select Replace Your Card
From there you'll:
1. Choose Lost or Stolen
2. Enter the business name on the card
3. Choose a shipping address
4. Submit your request
Your new card will get to you in 10-15 days.
