How do I close my credit card account?

You can close your account online or in the app.

On the web: Go to Cards → Credit Card → Close Card Account

In the app: Go to More → Cards → Credit Card → Close Card Account

Before you close your account, be sure to: Pay your balance down to $0 Claim any rewards Turn off AutoPay

Also know that once you submit your request, it can’t be canceled or reversed.
