Articles of Incorporation – This document must be filed with the state, signed, and include a state stamp or seal.
Corporate Bylaws - This document outlines the rules that define how a company is structured and run.
Valid government-issued ID
Proof of address (such as a utility bill or lease)
Social Security number (SSN)
Employer Identification number (EIN)
DBA certificate (if your business uses a different name)
