A sole proprietorship is a business owned and run by one person. It’s the simplest business structure with no legal separation between the owner and the business. You keep all profits, but you’re personally responsible for debts, losses, and legal issues

To apply for a Novo account as a sole proprietorship, we'll need your:

Valid government-issued ID
Proof of address (like a utility bill or lease)
Social Security Number (SSN)
Employer Identification Number (EIN)
DBA certificate (if your business name is different from your legal name)
