How do I view, update, or manage owners (UBOs) on my account?
View your UBOs
For a full list of all UBOs and their information.
Go to Account Info → Business Ownership Info
Update a UBO’s details
You can update a UBO’s name, address, and ownership percentage, as well as add or remove owners.
1. Go to Account Info 2. Select Business Ownership Info 3. Cick Manage Owner 4. Choose the UBO you want to update 5. Edit the details and submit
To update ownership percentages:
1, Go to Account Info 2. Select Business Ownership Info 3. Click Manage Owner 4. Choose Update Ownership Percentage 6. Enter the new percentage and submit
To remove a UBO:
1. Go to Account Info 2. Select Business Ownership Info 3. Click Manage Owner 4. Select the owner 5. Choose Remove this UBO 6. Submit your request
Removing a UBO updates your business ownership records.
After you submit a request, your request will show as "In Review" in the Business Ownership Info section. If we need more information, we’ll reach out.
If approved, you’ll receive a confirmation email and updates will appear in your account after approval.
If you need to cancel a request: Go to Business Ownership Info Select the In Review status Click Cancel Updates
Important things to know: You can only update one UBO at a time. To update multiple owners, repeat the process for each one
You won’t be able to submit a new update while another request is under review
