What if my (credit) card is lost or stolen?

Don't worry—we'll take care of getting you a replacement card. You can request one in the app.

If your credit card was stolen, you should contact Support online or in the app.

To replace a physical card:
1. Go to Cards
2. Choose Credit Card
3. Scroll to Physical Card
4. Choose Replace Your Card
5. Choose Lost or Stolen, update any details if needed, and submit

You’ll be able to track your card and delivery date after submitting.

To replace a virtual credit card:
1. Go to the Virtual Card
2. Choose Replace Your Card
3. Enter your password

Your new virtual card will be ready to use right away.
