Why is my credit card not working?*
If your credit card isn't working, it could be for a few reasons:
It hasn't been activated yet
The wrong card details were entered for the transaction
The transaction was blocked
Here's how to fix it:
1. Make sure your card is activated and not temporarily frozen.
2. Next, check your Activity feed online or in the Novo app. If you see a declined transaction, select it to see exactly what happened.
3. If no declined transaction is showing, double-check that your card details and billing address were entered correctly online.
