How do I transfer money from another bank account to my new Novo account?

You can send an ACH transfer to your Novo account from any US bank account in your name.

To get started:
1. Log in to your bank’s website (desktop is usually best)
2. Go to Transfers or Payments
3. Choose to transfer money to another bank
4. Add your Novo account as an external account or payee:
Routing (ABA) number: 211370150 (may appear as Middlesex Federal Savings)
Account number: Your Novo account number [link to routing and account number FAQ]
Name and address: Must match your Novo account

Once your account is linked:
1. Enter the amount
2. Submit the transfer

A few more things to know:
Novo doesn't charge fees for standard ACH transfers (but your bank might)
Transfers typically arrive in 0–3 business days
Novo doesn’t support Zelle at this time
