How can I get a bank letter for my account?

A bank letter is an official letter that confirms your account details, including your business name, routing number, and account number. You can use it to verify your Novo account with vendors, payment processors, or other institutions.

To download your bank letter on the web:
1. Open the profile menu (top-right) and choose Settings
2. Click Bank Letter at the top of the page to download your letter
